You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that CalcHub assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. The calculations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

3. Accounts and Plans

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. CalcHub offers a free plan and a paid "CalcHub Pro" plan; Pro-only features are clearly marked as such throughout the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

CalcHub Pro is billed on a recurring basis (currently $4.99/month) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal; access to Pro features continues until the end of the then-current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with [Your Refund Policy]. We do not store your full payment card details — all payment processing is handled directly by Stripe.

5. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• harm minors in any way;
• impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by circumventing or abusing any rate limits or automated-access protections;
• use automated means to scrape, extract, or bulk-query the Service in a way not intended for ordinary human use.

6. AI Assistant Feature

Certain calculators offer an optional AI-generated summary, powered by a third-party AI model (currently Google's Gemini). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation, and does not constitute financial, health, legal, or other professional advice. You should independently verify any AI-generated summary before relying on it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that:

• Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CalcHub expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• CalcHub makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
• No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from CalcHub or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the TOS. The calculators are provided for general information and illustration purposes only; they do not constitute financial, health, or construction advice. Always consult with a qualified professional before making decisions.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the inputs and results you save via Saved Calculations, Projects, and Favorites ("Your Content"). You grant CalcHub a limited license to store and display Your Content back to you as part of operating the Service. CalcHub's own branding, calculator designs, and underlying software remain the property of CalcHub and its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that CalcHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if CalcHub has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

10. Modifications to Service; Termination

CalcHub reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that CalcHub shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
