This checklist uses the CDC's "Learn the Signs. Act Early." milestones (revised February 2022), which list skills that 75% or more of children typically reach by each age. Every child develops differently — if your child hasn't reached one or more of these milestones, talk with your pediatrician; this tool is not a substitute for professional evaluation.
